Data deletion request

Pulse by Ripplent only reads the Meta Ads data you choose to connect, with read-only access. You can remove it at any time in any of these ways.

From Facebook

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Pulse by Ripplent and click Remove. Pulse is notified automatically, deletes the stored access tokens straight away and deletes the Meta data it holds within 30 days. Meta shows you a confirmation code, and its status opens on this page.

Inside Pulse (immediate)

Sign in, open Integrations, click "Remove Meta data", type DELETE and confirm. Every Meta ad account, campaign, ad and metric in the workspace is deleted immediately.
