This policy explains how Dive - Digital ("Dive Digital", "we") handles information in Pulse by Ripplent, our Meta Ads monitoring service at pulse.ripplent.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, work email, company name and a hashed password.
- Meta information: when you connect Meta, your Meta user ID and name, an encrypted access token, the ad accounts you can access, and advertising data from those accounts: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives and performance insights.
- Usage and security information: sign-in times, IP address and browser type for security logging, and technical logs of Meta API calls (without tokens).
How we use it
- To provide Pulse: syncing your advertising data, calculating changes, alerts and recommendations, and showing them to members of your workspace.
- To secure the service: detecting abuse, rate limiting and investigating incidents.
- To contact you about your account, such as verification and password reset emails.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your advertising data to advertise to you or to train models for other customers.
Meta platform data
Data received from Meta is used only to provide Pulse features to the workspace that connected it, in line with Meta's Platform Terms. Access is read-only. You can revoke access at any time in Pulse or in your Meta settings.
AI analysis
Some features (AI creative reviews and AI account audits) send ad creative images or video frames, ad copy and performance metrics for the selected account to Anthropic (Claude) to produce the analysis. AI analysis runs only when someone in your workspace starts it. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. Results are stored in your workspace.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share information only with the service providers below, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, or when required by law. Workspace members you invite can see that workspace's data.
- Vercel: application hosting.
- Neon: database hosting.
- Anthropic: AI analysis, as described above.
- Google Workspace (Gmail): delivery of account, invitation and report emails.
Client links. Workspace members can create read-only links to a live ads sheet so their own clients can review and approve ads. Anyone with the link can view that sheet without signing in. Links show only the ad account they were created for, expire after 90 days and can be revoked at any time. Pulse never shares one workspace's data with another workspace.
Retention and deletion
- Detailed breakdown data (age, gender, location, placement) is kept for up to 400 days and then deleted automatically.
- Technical logs of Meta API calls (which never contain access tokens) are deleted after 90 days.
- Disconnecting Meta stops syncing immediately and destroys the stored access token. Advertising data already synced stays in your workspace so past reports remain available, until you use "Remove Meta data" in Integrations or ask us to delete it. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
- "Remove Meta data" in Integrations deletes all advertising data Pulse holds for the workspace.
- To delete your account, or for a Meta data deletion request, email info@dive-digital.in. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Requests sent through Meta can be tracked on our data deletion page.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@dive-digital.in. This address is also our grievance contact under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses HTTPS. See our Security page for more.
