Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in your workspace. You must have authority to connect any Meta ad account you add to Pulse.

The service

Pulse reads advertising data from Meta to provide analytics, alerts and recommendations. Recommendations are informational; decisions about your campaigns and budgets remain yours. Pulse does not make changes to your campaigns.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Pulse to access ad accounts you aren't authorized to view.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Follow Meta's terms and advertising policies for the data you connect.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide Pulse, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Pulse available, but it depends on third-party services such as Meta's APIs. Data may be delayed when Meta limits or interrupts access.

Fees

Paid plans, if any, will be described at sign-up or on our pricing page before you are charged.

Termination

You can stop using Pulse at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

Pulse is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Dive - Digital isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including advertising spend.
